FUNDRAISERS (Balaclava, Camberwell)

SHA provides excellent working conditions for our staff. Our staff hail from all corners of the globe and from a diverse mix of cultural and professional backgrounds. Many of them have extensive experience in the charitable and not-for-profit sector, or have previously worked with agencies committed to fundraising.

Friendly & Fun Team Environment

SHA’s hours of operation are 9am and 8pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 5pm on a Friday. We enjoy a flexible working environment to suit your lifestyle needs with rostered shifts to reflect your needs.

Guaranteed Hourly Rates - Not Commission Based

We offer above award wages, paid into your account weekly!

$17.91 per hour for less than 20 hours worked per pay week
$20.00 per hour for 20 hours or more worked per pay week (for each hour worked)
$21.00 per hour for 37 hours or more worked per pay week (for each hour worked)

In addition to these great hourly rates we offer a very attractive bonus system as well as continuous support
from the management & coaching team.

All new team members attend an induction, and are supported by our Call Quality Coach for their first three shifts to ensure the best chance at success. Once this period is completed, team members are supported by our skilled team which includes Supervisors, Call Quality Coach and Mentors to provide you with the skills and tools to sustain their longevity in the fundraising field.
